DAY 1:  ARRIVE AT ENTEBBE AIRPORT UGANDA

Upon Arrival at Entebbe International Airport, VIP meet and greet and assisted through immigration, collect your luggage and exit the arrivals terminal where you will be met by your driver/Guide and transferred to your Hotel

Later in the evening at 4.30pm. We will transfer you to the Lk. Victoria pier from where you will embark on a Complementary sundowner cruise on Lake Victoria. Treat yourself to a sunset cruise on one of the largest freshwater lakes in East Africa.

Early morning, we will pick you from the Hotel NO.5 for Murchison falls National Park. We will stop at Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for tracking the rhinos from 10am to 3pm and have lunch

here before continuing.

We will have a short evening game drive in Murchison and hike to the top of the falls. Transport: By Road

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, giving you the chance to explore the incredible wildlife and landscapes of the national park. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch in the afternoon, embark on a private boat cruise along the River Nile, which lasts about 3 hours. The cruise will take you to the base of the spectacular waterfall, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view.

Return to the lodge in the late afternoon to relax. Transport: By Road

After Early morning breakfast, we leave for Kibaale Forest National Park. We will pass close to Lake Albert on a clear day the view from the top of the Albert rift is spectacular. We will stop to view this and also stop in fort portal for lunch. In the afternoon we will arrive at Kibaale Forest, where we will stay enjoying the evening and sleeping with the noises of the tropical rainforest. In the morning, your chimpanzee tracking excursion will commence. Kibale forest boasts of the highest number of primate species in the world, including our delightful cousins – the chimpanzees. At the moment, in Uganda there are approximately 4,950 chimps left in the wild, which makes the forest a perfect and best place to spot chimpanzees in Africa! During the excursion, your ranger will point out the other species living in the forest including birds, flora and fauna. You will later settle in at your lodge and relax or take a dip in the lovely pool or simply lie back with a book in hand, as you enjoy the magnificent views surrounding you.

In the Afternoon, indulge on a nature excursion. Your swamp walk (1-2 hours) will take you through grassland and some beautiful scenery. It is usual to spot different primate

species during the walk through the highlight is catching a glimpse of the great blue Turaco bird.

After a tasty breakfast, we leave Kibale National Park to Queen Elizabeth National Park the oldest & second largest national park in Uganda located at the base of the massive Rwenzori Mountains, adjacent to lakes Edward & George. Covered by savannah plains that provide an abundance of game viewing like Elephants that trumpet when you get too close, lazy leopards laying in the sun, abundant gazelle and bush back, lions, buffaloes, hippos and others.

You will arrive at the lodge in Queen Elizabeth National Park in time for lunch and after which you will embark on an afternoon game drive in this beautiful park.

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, giving you the chance to explore the incredible wildlife and landscapes on the plains of Queen Elizabeth with thousands of Uganda kobs, lions, elephants. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch.

In the afternoon, embark on a private boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, which lasts about 2 hours. The cruise will take you to the base of the spectacular waterfall, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view and animals on the water side.

In the morning, we will make a short game drive from 8am to 11am as we drive out of the park for Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The scenic route runs through a verdant countryside while you pass traditional homesteads and farms. We will make stop overs along the way for lunch and viewing the scenic routes. Upon arrival have a Batwa community experience the rest of the evening.

ACCOMODATION: Ichumbi Gorilla lodge

Early morning, your guide will take you to the park HQ, at 7.45am you will be at the office of Bwindi impenetrable Forest for pre-briefing and allocation of our private gorilla families at 8.30am you will start the trek after finding the gorillas you will spend with them maximum 1 hour.

For our private gorilla trek where a private ranger & tracker will be allocated, gourmet brunch in the jungle with champagne along with breakfast in the forest breakfast will be arranged with porters who will be escorting the participants.

Once the formalities of what to do and not to do while tracking the gentle giants are communicated, you will head to the trail-head of the gorilla family you have been allocated.

At the trail-head, you will commence the trek, pushing your way through the undergrowth, to track the gorillas. (the trek can last from 2 hours to 8 hours – a reasonable degree of fitness is required as well as a sturdy pair of walking shoes).

When you finally locate the family that you are tracking, take in everything as you watch the gorillas go about their day – feeding on the green leaves, bamboo shoots, wild celery, stinging nettle and wild fruit. If there are juvenile gorillas, enjoy them play about and take it all in.

Take lots of pictures (and a selfie if you happen to have a gorilla in your selfie frame) and video as the one-hour will be over before you know it. It is an extraordinary feeling being in the presence of these majestic apes, sitting/standing in the dense rainforest with the knowledge that you are in the presence of the few remaining wild mountain gorillas.

After the mandatory one hour is up, the private ranger will lead you back to the starting point/trail-head where you will find your driver/guide.

Once back at the trail-head, your driver/guide will be waiting to take you back to the park HQ where you receive your tracking certificates (evidence of your contribution to the conservation of the majestic gorillas). From here, you return to the lodge for a hot lunch.

Early morning we leave for Lake Mburo National park,it will take 3-4hours drive from bwindi to Mbarara. Some stop overs will be done. You will have a stopover for lunch in Mbarara before continuing to the park, a smaller but unique park and the only one in the western

part of Uganda with impalas and zebras. We will make an afternoon game drive upon arrival with the community tour afterward to experience Bahima culture and tradition.

The Internal Airline used are LCC, no food will be served on board. It allows only 15 -KG check in bag and 7KG carry on soft Duffle bags only. Flights between two neighboring countries: AFRICA, Japan, S. Korea, within India, Far East and many Asian countries, CHARTER FLIGHT AND HELICOPTER AT ANY DESTINATIONS allow only 15 Kg check-in bag and 7 KG carryon bag per person. In Africa no hard case bag with wheels, soft Duffle bag as check in and carryon

BODY OVERWEIGHT of travelers no More than 110 KG limit in Charter flights and Helicopter ride so please be prepared if you overweight notify to us so we can arrange two seats for you on Charter flight and it will be COST EXTRA

If anyone arrive before or arrive before or after assigned time to /from airport to hotel, dinners, sightseeing, etc. Traveler has to arrange and paid directly themselves by credit card for their transfer. NO refund for unused services in any circumstances

TIPS, GST, TCS by Indian Govt Rules and Regulations, travel insurance, medical insurance and expense, passport update after booking, porterage, phone, Sim card, any unavoidable situation like death, war, emergency, evacuation, natural disaster, political unrest, weather, and /or any unavoidable situation related expense like hotel, meals, flights and local transportation, dead body transfer, any airfare, visa extension, extra meals /any drinks /snacks not mentioned in itinerary, extra sightseeing, portage, phone and SIM charge, etc.

Any item which not mentioned in inclusions and /or itinerary are not available to purchase and if available it will cost extra and should be paid by guest. Any unused partial service like sightseeing, meals, drinks, flights can’t be refunded in any circumstances.

Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, hotel, re-route, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in “INCLUSIONS” We reserve right to change itinerary, sightseeing without to disclose reason to clients

Before and after assigned time for airports to hotels arrivals and departures, during sightseeing please follow timeline or you have to pay by yourself to meet us.

A deposit of 45% is required at the time of booking non- refundable.

If we booked any air ticket for you, full payment of airfare will be duw within 2two weeks of ticket booking

A balance of full payment is required at 90 days prior to arrival

If the reservation is made within 75 days of departure, the full tour cost (100%) must be made at the time of confirmation

Children 5 yrs to 10 yrs will pay 75% of the adult price

Cancellation via email only received within:

120-90 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 45% of the Tour Cost plus any airfare, visa, Bank Transfer cost, etc. which Accrued.

89 – 76 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 80% of the tour cost plus any airfare, visa, Bank Transfer cost, etc which Accrued

75 Days or less: Cancellations received within 75 days of departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour cost (100%) plus any airfare, visa, Bank Transfer cost, etc. which Accrued

During sightseeing driver will try his /her best to park as much closer He /She can, from there guest has to make their own by walking or they have to make their own arrangement of transfer if require any. Also, no eating in Coach, Bus, van, boat, train please. please try to keep clean.

In case of Coach breakdown, EURASIAFRO DMC will do our best effort to fix the problem as soon as possible. But, make sure there will be no refund for inconvenience cause in any circumstances.

Request to all guest please don’t leave any unattended item in vehicle while leaving the vehicle. We EURASIAFRO DMC are not responsible for any loss or damage.

In our fix departure we try to rotate the seat as much as possible, but it’s not guaranteed or first cone first serve or Our team leader will decide.

Direct joining guest and any one arrive and departure early and /or late has to arrange hotel transfer for check in & check out day by themselves after assigned time. For NRI -Passengers staying in India and/ or any country for more than 180 days will have to take police clearance certificate from

Operation of a group tour is a subject to minimum participation of 20 to 30 pax full paying adult passenger, but varies by destinations.

Any increase in visa /ETA /ETIAS /Immigration charge /airfare /fuel price/ change in government regulations, taxes (GST, TCS), money exchange rate, etc. will affect your tour cost we will adjust the price before final payment via email you provided will be per person

Tour itinerary will be strictly followed as per timing. In unavoidable situation our tour manager can make changes with the concern of head office. Tour manager is not authorizing to make changes in itinerary as per guest convenience

In case of any deportation due to immigration and custom we EURASIAFRO DMC there will be no refund of any tours, sightseeing in any circumstances.

There Is no refund for any unutilized services /sightseeing in any circumstances without any limitations: like delay, sickness, death, weather, war, closure, political unrest, or any reason without explanations.

Itinerary cost is per person in shared room. It includes only those activities which are listed in the same.

Single person will charge extra as supplement charge for hotel.

International tour guest must have to reach to airport before 3 Hrs. of departure Time.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages by Indian Govt Rules:

TCS applicable on booking of overseas tour package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of The Income Tax 1961

2 % TCS -The Remitter -Declaration has to be Submitted by the Consumer of International Tour Package to EURASIAFRO DMC. If you cancel your trip the amount of TCS paid is non-refundable.

Key Tax and Compliance Regulations:

Standard TCS Rate: A flat 2% TCS is applicable from the first rupee on all overseas tour packages (bundled travel, accommodation, or boarding services). Please note that in the event of a booking cancellation, any TCS already collected and remitted to the government is non-refundable from our end but can be claimed as a tax credit during your annual ITR filing.

Non-Filer Penalties (Section 206CCA): If you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for the two preceding financial years, and your aggregate TDS/TCS exceeded INR 50,000 in each of those years, your PAN will be flagged by the government system. In such cases, an accelerated punitive TCS rate of 5% to 20% will automatically apply. Failure to clear this differential tax amount will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking, subject to standard cancellation charges.

PAN-Aadhaar and Bank Account Linkage: It is mandatory that your PAN is active and linked with your Aadhaar card and your bank account. If the government validation system reveals that they are unlinked, your PAN will be treated as inoperative. This will trigger a punitive higher TCS rate, prevent the processing of outward remittances under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), and cause a failure in reflecting your tax credit in Form 26AS, AIS, or TIS. Unlinked profiles will lead to booking cancellation and the application of cancellation fees.

Specified person’ means a person defined as per provisions of section 206 CCA of Income Tax Act, 1961.The user is liable to pay tax collected at source (TCS) On booking of an ‘Overseas Tour Package’ at an Appropriate Rate over and above the price charged for such package in compliance with the provisions of section 206C (1G) (B) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. EURASIAFRO DMC will deposit the TCS amount So collected with The Government and issue appropriate document /certificate to the user in compliance with aforesaid provision.

The User is required to provide a valid PAN of user/ Traveler(S) at the time of booking an overseas tour package with EURASIAFRO DMC. The user understands and agrees That EURASIAFRO DMC, at the time of booking or at a later stage, will validate the PAN provided by the user to check compliance of provisions of section 206CC of income tax Act. The user agrees that in case the PAN is found to be invalid, or it does not belong to user/ Traveler(S), EURASIAFRO DMC has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the Law and process the refund as per the cancellation policy applicable to said booking.

It describes services /amenities that are available under normal circumstances. However, in unavoidable circumstances and factors which are beyond our control Like traffic, weather, fairs, war, festivals, strikes, cancellation, re -routing /rescheduling of flights, rail or roadways, closure at a place of sightseeing can affect the availability of services and necessitate change of routes and No refund for any unused services

We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, modify the tour package, hotels as availability, itineraries, tour schedule, travel plan, sightseeing. where we come to know of the changes /events sufficiently in advance We will notify you during booking or prior to departure. Otherwise, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes the spot and we solicit your full Co-Operation in accepting such circumstantial changes.
