Welcome to Namibia. After Immigration and Custom meet and greet by our tour provider staff. Transfer to hotel and relax, and enjoy dinner. Dinner

After Breakfast, drive through scenic Khomas Hochland Before heading down the great experiment into The Namib Desert. Stop at a scenic spot for lunch. Arrive at Sossus Dune Lodge late afternoon. If time permit, we can visit Sesriem Canyon nearby. Since it’s very accessible, we can spend time late afternoon to evening photographing the Canyon. Dinner & overnight at Sossus Dune Lodge.

Wake up early and out before sunrise to capture the Dunes Whilst the light is soft and shadows accentuate the towering shapes and curves. We explore Sossusvlei & Deadvlei Dune Areas Getting Some of the most surreal landscape shots. We can have our Packed Breakfast. Return to the Lodge late afternoon for a late lunch. Evening at leisure. .

Another early morning start for our optional Balloon Safari over the Namib desert getting some stunning aerial landscape shots. Later, after breakfast drive through the ever-Changing Desert landscape of Namib Naukluft NP. We meet the coast at Walvis Bay and continue on to Swakopmund. Should reach early enough to explore the town, wander along the waterfront getting some great images of this Quaint town. dinner at a popular restaurant. Overnight at Strand Hotel Swakopmund.

After breakfast we head towards Walvis Bay for our full day excursion of Sandwich Harbor. We’ll Explore the Kuiseb River Delta, Saltpans, Flamingoes & The Wetlands. Great photo ops of the Saltpans Flamingoes, the incredible Sight of the Dunes Meeting the Water. If weather, tide permit may arrive right to the Sandwich Harbor Lagoon. Return late afternoon. Evening at leisure.

After A Slightly Early Breakfast We Head North to Dorob National Park to See the Seal Colony at Cape Cross Seal Reserve. should be an exciting Morning Photography the Seals Laying, Playing. After Getting Some Great Shots We Head into the Wonderful & Diverse Region of Damaraland, Viewing Game & Absorbing the Vastness of the land. We can visit the Twyfelfontein Pre-Historic Rock Engravings. We Reach Our camp before Sunset to freshen up for dinner. Overnight at Doro Nawas.

After An early breakfast We head for an exciting 4×4 Excursion along the Ephemeral Aba-Huab River to Search for Game, especially the elusive desert adapted elephants and rhinos. Damaraland is home to a variety of desert adapted Wildlife and hidden desert treasures. Spend the morning photography this incredible landscape with some serious luck the elephants & on a perfect day we get the Rhino as well. We return to camp for lunch and a well -deserved Siesta. Late afternoon can be spent on another activity into the area, or a walk with our private guide, enjoying a sundowner before returning to the lodge to freshen up for dinner.

Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, hotel, re-route, entrance fees and local guides availed of by the passengers, other than that mentioned in “INCLUSIONS” We reserve right to change itinerary, sightseeing without to disclose reason to clients

Before and after assigned time for airports to hotels arrivals and departures, during sightseeing please follow timeline or you have to pay by yourself to meet us.

A deposit of 45% is required at the time of booking non- refundable.

If we booked any air ticket for you, full payment of airfare will be duw within 2two weeks of ticket booking 

A balance of full payment is required at 90 days prior to arrival

If the reservation is made within 75 days of departure, the full tour cost (100%) must be made at the time of confirmation

Children 5 yrs to 10 yrs will pay 75% of the adult price

Given package cost Is on basic first category room. If guest want to upgrade room category supplement cost will be extra paid by guest if available at the time of booking. Pre and Post night hotel and airport transfer will cost extra and please request at the time of booking.

If guest want to do early check in or late check out there will be extra cost and paid by the guest and should be pre booked and notify us at time of booking

 During sightseeing driver will try his /her best to park as much closer He /She can, from there guest has to make their own by walking or they have to make their own arrangement of transfer if require any. Also, no eating in Coach, Bus, van, boat, train please. please try to keep clean.

In case of Coach breakdown, EURASIAFRO DMC will do our best effort to fix the problem as soon as possible. But, make sure there will be no refund for inconvenience cause in any circumstances.

Request to all guest please don’t leave any unattended item in vehicle while leaving the vehicle. We EURASIAFRO DMC are not responsible for any loss or damage.

In our fix departure we try to rotate the seat as much as possible, but it’s not guaranteed or first cone first serve or Our team leader will decide.

Direct joining guest and any one arrive and departure early and /or late has to arrange hotel transfer for check in & check out day by themselves after assigned time. For NRI -Passengers staying in India and/ or any country for more than 180 days will have to take police clearance certificate from

Operation of a group tour is a subject to minimum participation of 20 to 30 pax full paying adult passenger, but varies by destinations.

Any increase in visa /ETA /ETIAS /Immigration charge /airfare /fuel price/ change in government regulations, taxes (GST, TCS), money exchange rate, etc. will affect your tour cost we will adjust the price before final payment via email you provided will be per person

Tour itinerary will be strictly followed as per timing. In unavoidable situation our tour manager can make changes with the concern of head office. Tour manager is not authorizing to make changes in itinerary as per guest convenience

In case of any deportation due to immigration and custom we EURASIAFRO DMC there will be no refund of any tours, sightseeing in any circumstances.

There Is no refund for any unutilized services /sightseeing in any circumstances without any limitations: like delay, sickness, death, weather, war, closure, political unrest, or any reason without explanations.

Itinerary cost is per person in shared room. It includes only those activities which are listed in the same. Single person will charge extra as supplement charge for hotel.

International tour guest must have to reach to airport before 3 Hrs. of departure Time.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages by Indian Govt Rules:

TCS applicable on booking of overseas tour package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of The Income Tax 1961

2 % TCS -The Remitter -Declaration has to be Submitted by the Consumer of International Tour Package to EURASIAFRO DMC. If you cancel your trip the amount of TCS paid is non-refundable.

Key Tax and Compliance Regulations:

Standard TCS Rate: A flat 2% TCS is applicable from the first rupee on all overseas tour packages (bundled travel, accommodation, or boarding services). Please note that in the event of a booking cancellation, any TCS already collected and remitted to the government is non-refundable from our end but can be claimed as a tax credit during your annual ITR filing.

Non-Filer Penalties (Section 206CCA): If you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for the two preceding financial years, and your aggregate TDS/TCS exceeded INR 50,000 in each of those years, your PAN will be flagged by the government system. In such cases, an accelerated punitive TCS rate of 5% to 20% will automatically apply. Failure to clear this differential tax amount will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking, subject to standard cancellation charges.

PAN-Aadhaar and Bank Account Linkage: It is mandatory that your PAN is active and linked with your Aadhaar card and your bank account. If the government validation system reveals that they are unlinked, your PAN will be treated as inoperative. This will trigger a punitive higher TCS rate, prevent the processing of outward remittances under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), and cause a failure in reflecting your tax credit in Form 26AS, AIS, or TIS. Unlinked profiles will lead to booking cancellation and the application of cancellation fees.

Specified person’ means a person defined as per provisions of section 206 CCA of Income Tax Act, 1961.The user is liable to pay tax collected at source (TCS) On booking of an ‘Overseas Tour Package’ at an Appropriate Rate over and above the price charged for such package in compliance with the provisions of section 206C (1G) (B) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. EURASIAFRO DMC will deposit the TCS amount So collected with The Government and issue appropriate document /certificate to the user in compliance with aforesaid provision.

The User is required to provide a valid PAN of user/ Traveler(S) at the time of booking an overseas tour package with EURASIAFRO DMC. The user understands and agrees That EURASIAFRO DMC, at the time of booking or at a later stage, will validate the PAN provided by the user to check compliance of provisions of section 206CC of income tax Act. The user agrees that in case the PAN is found to be invalid, or it does not belong to user/ Traveler(S), EURASIAFRO DMC has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the Law and process the refund as per the cancellation policy applicable to said booking.

It describes services /amenities that are available under normal circumstances. However, in unavoidable circumstances and factors which are beyond our control Like traffic, weather, fairs, war, festivals, strikes, cancellation, re -routing /rescheduling of flights, rail or roadways, closure at a place of sightseeing can affect the availability of services and necessitate change of routes and No refund for any unused services

We reserve the right to alter, amend, change, modify the tour package, hotels as availability, itineraries, tour schedule, travel plan, sightseeing. where we come to know of the changes /events sufficiently in advance We will notify you during booking or prior to departure. Otherwise, our tour manager or local representative will inform you of the changes the spot and we solicit your full Co-Operation in accepting such circumstantial changes.
