Activity: Breakfast at the lodge, after breakfast, check out, and start driving to Serengeti National Park, the driver is well educated and has a lot of knowledge about the country, animals, and nature, and even more, he is very passionate about it. Serengeti National Reserve is located in northwest Tanzania and is a vast scenic expanse of gently rolling African savannah plains area measuring 14,763 square kilometers in area and bordering the Masai Mara National  Park in Kenya to the north. Serengeti is a unique wildlife conservation haven famous for its spectacular natural diversity of wildlife and is the premier Tanzania Safari location in East Africa, offering visitors numerous reasons to visit this animal paradise. Large numbers of Lions, Cheetah, Elephant, Rhino, African Buffalo, Wildebeest, Giraffe, Zebras and many more animals are found in the park in their natural habitat, unconfined and free to roam the vast Serengeti National Park wilderness stretching for miles on end.

Activity: Early breakfast at the lodge, check out and start diving to Tarangire. The drive is approximately 2 hours. After arrive in Tarangire National Park you will do the game. Tarangire National Park is known for the abundance of the wild animals like elephant, Zebra, Wildebeest and cats, and you will have a chance to see the baobab tree. After game drive you will drive to
your lodge.

Activity: Breakfast at the lodge and have time to relax before checking out and drive to
Arusha. This day will be easy day for you. After arriving in Arusha, you will have chance to visit

Vehicle Policy:

During sightseeing driver will try his /her best to park as much closer He /She can, from there guest has to make their own by walking or they have to make their own arrangement of transfer if require any. Also, no eating in Coach, Bus, van, boat, train please. please try to keep clean.

In case of Coach breakdown, EURASIAFRO DMC will do our best effort to fix the problem as soon as possible. But, make sure there will be no refund for inconvenience cause in any circumstances.

Request to all guest please don’t leave any unattended item in vehicle while leaving the vehicle. We EURASIAFRO DMC are not responsible for any loss or damage.

In case of any deportation due to immigration and custom we EURASIAFRO DMC there will be no refund of any tours, sightseeing in any circumstances.

There Is no refund for any unutilized services /sightseeing in any circumstances without any limitations: like delay, sickness, death, weather, war, closure, political unrest, or any reason without explanations.

Itinerary cost is per person in shared room. It includes only those activities which are listed in the same. Single person will charge extra as supplement charge for hotel.

International tour guest must have to reach to airport before 3 Hrs. of departure Time.

TCS On Overseas Tour Packages by Indian Govt Rules:

TCS applicable on booking of overseas tour package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of The Income Tax 1961

2 % TCS -The Remitter -Declaration has to be Submitted by the Consumer of International Tour Package to EURASIAFRO DMC. If you cancel your trip the amount of TCS paid is non-refundable.

Key Tax and Compliance Regulations:

Standard TCS Rate: A flat 2% TCS is applicable from the first rupee on all overseas tour packages (bundled travel, accommodation, or boarding services). Please note that in the event of a booking cancellation, any TCS already collected and remitted to the government is non-refundable from our end but can be claimed as a tax credit during your annual ITR filing.

Non-Filer Penalties (Section 206CCA): If you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for the two preceding financial years, and your aggregate TDS/TCS exceeded INR 50,000 in each of those years, your PAN will be flagged by the government system. In such cases, an accelerated punitive TCS rate of 5% to 20% will automatically apply. Failure to clear this differential tax amount will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking, subject to standard cancellation charges.

PAN-Aadhaar and Bank Account Linkage:

It is mandatory that your PAN is active and linked with your Aadhaar card and your bank account. If the government validation system reveals that they are unlinked, your PAN will be treated as inoperative. This will trigger a punitive higher TCS rate, prevent the processing of outward remittances under the Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS), and cause a failure in reflecting your tax credit in Form 26AS, AIS, or TIS. Unlinked profiles will lead to booking cancellation and the application of cancellation fees.

Specified person’ means a person defined as per provisions of section 206 CCA of Income Tax Act, 1961.The user is liable to pay tax collected at source (TCS) On booking of an ‘Overseas Tour Package’ at an Appropriate Rate over and above the price charged for such package in compliance with the provisions of section 206C (1G) (B) of the Income Tax Act, 1961. EURASIAFRO DMC will deposit the TCS amount So collected with The Government and issue appropriate document /certificate to the user in compliance with aforesaid provision.

The User is required to provide a valid PAN of user/ Traveler(S) at the time of booking an overseas tour package with EURASIAFRO DMC. The user understands and agrees That EURASIAFRO DMC, at the time of booking or at a later stage, will validate the PAN provided by the user to check compliance of provisions of section 206CC of income tax Act. The user agrees that in case the PAN is found to be invalid, or it does not belong to user/ Traveler(S), EURASIAFRO DMC has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the Law and process the refund as per the cancellation policy applicable to said booking.

DAY 2: Tour of Stone Town, Sunset Dhow Cruise
This morning, take a guided walking tour of Stone Town*, famous for its Swahili architecture, a maze of narrow alleyways, ornate wooden doors, and many historical buildings. Enjoy free time for lunch on your own before heading to your beachfront hotel. Check into your room and spend the rest of the day relaxing in the tropical surroundings.This evening, board a traditional dhow** in time to watch the fiery golden sun setting beyond the horizon. Enjoy the peacefulness of the ocean as the dhow silently glides through the water while savoring a glass of chilled wine. Return to the hotel in time for dinner

Visit the Mangapwani Coral Caves, a deep cavern in the coralline rock, thought to have been used by slave traders. * Then head to an unforgettable spice tour where your guide will introduce you to the various culinary and medicinal uses of the spices grown on the island.Zanzibar is renowned for its rich history of spice production and trade.After lunch, explore the Jozani Forest, the only national park in Zanzibar, where you will encounter its rich biodiversity, including mangrove swamps, unique flora, and the endangered red colobus monkey found only on the island. Head back to the hotel for dinner.
